Aleksandria
An enterprise that remembers everything it knows.
Named after the library that once held the world's knowledge in one place. Ours holds everything our company knows, and delivers it to the person who needs it, at the moment they need it.
The idea
The problem was never storing knowledge. It's delivering it.
Every organization knows more than any of its people. The answer to your current problem usually exists somewhere in there. In a meeting recording, a message thread, a document, a commit, a decision someone made two years ago. The failure is distribution. Flood everyone with everything and nothing gets read. Lock it behind need-to-know and nobody finds it. Search helps only when you know something is there to search for.
The interesting case is when you don't. When someone else already solved your problem, agreed on an approach in a meeting last week, or wrote the document you're about to write. That's the case Aleksandria handles.
What it is

A Memory
Everything our company communicates is digital: meetings, messages, mail, files, code. Aleksandria collects all of it into one persistent memory of the organization. Nothing gets forgotten because someone left, moved on, or didn't think to write it down twice.
A Harness
Around that memory sits an AI harness. Our knowledge stays inside our own ecosystem; large language models connect to it as interchangeable utilities, the way machines draw electricity. The intelligence is rented. The memory, the context, and the control are ours.
A Workspace
On top sits the workspace our team operates from every day. Each role has its own applications, from development environments to contract and invoicing tools, built and modified the same way Kionic dashboards are: by describing what you need.
What this is, and isn't
Our own system,
on our own frontier.
Aleksandria is not an off-the-shelf product. There is no box, no license, no install wizard. We built it for ourselves, and we run our company on it. We share it here because it shapes how we think about every system we build: knowledge should find people, software should adapt to its users, and AI belongs inside the architecture, not bolted to the side.
Building something like it for an organization of size is serious, long-term work. We know exactly how serious, because we've done it. If you are thinking about the same frontier, we're happy to compare notes.
