Seeder
Enterprise planning, built around you.
Our platform for planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems. The framework carries the engineering; what gets built on it is shaped entirely around your organization.
The problem
Every enterprise plans. Almost none plan in a system built for it.
Planning lives in spreadsheets only one person understands, or in rigid platforms that force your process into their template. Both fail the same way: the moment reality changes, the plan can't follow. Version chaos, month-long budgeting cycles, and a number nobody fully trusts.
What Seeder is

A framework, not a template.
Seeder is the accumulated result of a decade of building enterprise planning systems: the data model, the calculation engine, the workflow, the interface components, and the development tooling, refined across deployments and ready to be shaped around yours. The framework carries what every planning system needs. What gets built on top is yours alone: your dimensions, your logic, your process.
That's the difference between configuring a product and engineering a system. Seeder deployments don't ask your organization to adapt. They adapt to it.
What you can build
Planning workflow, managed.
The entire corporate planning process in one view: who has planned, who hasn't, where the bottleneck sits. Overview at a glance, intervention at any level.
One live plan, hundreds of planners.
Bottom-up, top-down, or both at once. The whole organization contributes to a single live plan, with pivot tables engineered to handle enterprise-scale datasets without breaking stride.
Versions and scenarios at the speed of questions.
What if the market shifts, a project fails, a price changes? Model it, compare versions side by side, and run gap analysis in minutes, not in a rebuild.
Discussion inside the data.
Every line item carries its own comment thread. Analysts discuss, reply, and get notified right where the number lives, not in an email chain three tools away.
Under the hood
TM1
Proven engine,
modern machinery.
Seeder builds on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), the multidimensional engine that has quietly run enterprise planning for decades: rock-solid, fast, and built for exactly this. Around it, Seeder adds what the TM1 world never had: a modern web interface framework, Python-based data pipelines that transform data without locking the system, and automated testing that simulates hundreds of concurrent users before quarter-end does it for real.
We pair deep TM1 expertise with modern engineering. It's why a consulting partner once described our approach as science fiction. It isn't. It's just both skill sets in one team.
For the builders
Open at the core
Seeder's interface framework is open source and available on GitHub, and the platform ships with its own development environment: web-based, fast, and built for the way we build. If your team wants to develop on Seeder rather than just use it, that's a conversation we welcome.
